WARD Seller Agreement
This agreement governs your use of WARD as an independent seller. Please read it before applying.
1. Independent seller
You sell as an independent business. WARD provides the marketplace; you remain responsible for your products, descriptions, pricing, fulfilment, returns, and customer service.
2. Verification & eligibility
You must hold a valid trade / business licence and provide accurate registration details. WARD verifies applications and may approve, reject, or suspend a seller at its discretion.
3. Commission & payouts
WARD deducts a commission on each sale (the rate depends on your seller type and any agreed terms) and remits the net amount to you on the published payout schedule.
4. Listings & conduct
Listings must be lawful, accurate, and your own. Prohibited, counterfeit, or misrepresented goods are not allowed and may lead to removal and suspension.
5. Taxation
You are solely responsible for declaring and remitting any applicable taxes (including VAT) on your sales in line with your registration and local law.
6. Liability
WARD is not liable for disputes between you and a buyer arising from your products or service. You agree to indemnify WARD against claims arising from your listings or conduct.
This is a summary agreement for the marketplace and does not constitute legal advice. Final terms are provided on approval.
