1. Use of the platform

By using WARD you agree to use it lawfully and not to misuse listings, orders, or other users' data.

2. Orders & payments

Orders are contracts between the buyer and the seller. WARD facilitates the transaction and the payout to sellers.

3. Sellers

Sellers are independent businesses responsible for their products, fulfilment, returns, and tax compliance, as detailed in the Seller Agreement.

4. Liability

WARD provides the marketplace "as is" and is not liable for disputes arising from products or services offered by sellers.

5. Changes

WARD may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
